Has anyone else had an issue with the chrome front bumper hoop not being anywhere close to being able to match up?

Bill - The front bumper does take some fiddling to get it to fit right. To get the hoop positioned, everything needs to be loose so you can pull things together, but there may be a slight amount of misalignment between the base on the hoop and the overriders. You can correct that by re-contouring (grinding) the base a bit so that it looks uniform if any of it hangs off the edge of the overrider. Since it's polished stainless, you don't have to worry about chrome cracking/peeling from grinding off a little material.

As for the stand-off spacers, I shortened the lower ones by 1/8" in order to get the hoop to be parallel to the radiator opening.

Here's a link to a thread I posted on my fitment: http://www.ffcars.com/forums/17-factory-five-roadsters/302377-front-overrider-hoop-fitment.html
