...when suspension compresses.
I welded in Forte's drive-shaft hoop Tuesday, made sure that the off set was correct and it went in great. On my drive home, I noticed that the shaft rubbed as I was going over normal street bumps, gutters etc. while driving at the speed limit. Got the car on jack stands today and found that the drive-shaft is rubbing the front 1/4th to 1/3 of the hoop.
I've already called Mike and he's doing some review for me but I thought that I'd ask the group as well. We used Energy Suspension motor and trans mounts, Pro-Shock coil overs, rear ride height is set at 4.5-inches. (The mark at the rear of the hoop is just a dust smudge.)
