Any one set up the throttle and gas peddle with electric drive, I am doing a project on a Subaru and it has Individual throttle bodies, 6 of. Want to be able to do away with throttle cable.

Suggestions and ideas appricated.

Ecu that supports drive by wire TB's. And the drive units for the TB's.

An example being. http://www.syvecs.co.uk/products/s6/ with the bdw driver found at http://www.syvecs.co.uk/products/accessories/

Fair warning though you will have to work hard on the tune with ITB's. That will be a lot of work and you are making a lot of work for your tuner and work for yourself if you have to diagnose a problem. (going ITB's myself).

Also you need to make changes to your intake, your injector setup, and potentially how it all attaches to your heads. If you are going ITB then your intake will need to be designed to support the change of flow response associated with that. What sort of info do you want/need? I could list a bunch of stuff but not sure if it anything will be relevant.

Hi Matt,
Thanks for the links,
I think I got a controler, the servo I am using is from a BMW M3,

Have been playing around with ITB for a while, had a go at building set of roller throttles for the job, but it got all to hard. They are bolted to a plate then the plate is bolted to the head. Paid a guy a while ago to measure pressure loss on a standard EG33 intake manifold, it was major. We are nearing compelation on a engine dyno so we can sort out different length ram pipe etc.

I can explain how we plan to balance the throttles if you like and you can suggest were I am going wrong.
Its a NA engine.
