Did anyone here have to shave a little off the top shock eye to get it to mount to the frame? Since I am using the QA 12" springs, I also had to modify the rear of the lower mount where the torsion mounts bolt to for clearance.

I put some slick 50 on the rubber and it was still hard to slip into the frame. I think I lowered the car with a jack after lining it up. It was a very snug fit. Drilling out the relief for clearance was not easy either did you think? Good luck

That is EXACTLY the cut outs I had to do on the lowers. Thanks for posting the pics. The top did not fit at all and I had to flatten out the top of it maybe an 1/8".

One other question...both the top and bottom of the rear shocks, the spacers do NOT make them a tight fit. There is maybe an 1/8" or more play in both. This cannot be normal. The front shocks installed very secure, and I had to tap the spacers into place. Has anyone else seen this?

Drilling out from the comfort zone for approval is not so simple either did you think? Best of fortune.
