Rear License Plate Light/Holder

Go-Cart Testing complete, it is now time to pre-mount the body and components. I'm seeing a few issues but figured I would get most of the parts mounted and then seek answers. One though that is troubling me is that the rear license plate bracket and light when mounted in the trunk's flat area doesn't allow the actual license plate when attached to fit without covering the trunk lock!

I used Jeff's (JKliener) mod and it was Spot-On!
Turned out great and when looking at it you don't even realize it was modded. And no cutting the plate! ;)

Can you point to where we find the JEFF KLEINER MOD instructions? I followed your link, and there is 8 pages of different ideas :-) Just want to make sure I'm following the one that you speek so highly of. Thanks!
