Forgot I had this. Kind of short but gives you an idea of chassis layout.

Very interesting! Looks like there are several mounting points for the front control arm and that they account for the difference in wagon vs. sedan length arms up front.
Folks were talking about the difference between the track of sedan vs. wagon donor parts. Looks like FFR is well on top of that on the front suspension at least.

The additional mounting points allow you to drop the car 15/16" without changing the suspension geometry

I recall that when discussing the rear suspension which only had upper and lower mounting points. In the pic above though it clearly shows a mounting point nearly an inch further out along the same height as the one that is being used. There's 2 extra holes and only one of them is up and down.

And that chassis is not a production piece, so there may be variation in the final product.

Ding, ding ding.
The track width difference between wagons and sedans is about 10mm per side - About the diameter of the bolt. So any holes meant strictly to accommodate the difference would really have to be slots.

Boxer Twin Turbo? Did they use a Subaru Legacy B4 engine in it? Or is there some other twin turbo Subaru motor I'm not aware of? Only reason I ask is because here in Okinawa, those damn twin turbo B4's are EVERYWHERE. I could go to a junkyard right now and get a complete engine for a couple hundred bucks.

yeah that was put together just for the sema show though... that car never ran. hell for a few hundo get 2 or 3 so you have plenty of spare parts.
seems overly complicated to me, but a very cool conversation piece.

Ok, just wanted to ask since I can get those engines for so cheap and could ship it back for free with the rest of my household stuff. But I'll just find a suitable WRX in the US and use that engine.
I really don't want to deal with running a Japanese engine anyways, just to avoid any possibility of running into trouble later on down the road with emissions or any of the other idiotic EPA regulations.
