Loaded up my MkIV body yesterday and delivered it to the painter. Was fortunate for find someone local (30 miles) who does high end restorations and his paint jobs are perfect. I had fitted the body to the chassis and trimmed all of the panels and filled/sanded the doors to get them fitted properly. Having the inside of the nose and sides where the vents are located painted the body color (1964 Ford Guardsman Blue). I will coat the rest of the underside with DupliColor bedliner. I know.............another blue car but since mine will have no stripes, hood scoop, roll bar or side exhausts, it will be a little different.
Body should be ready in 4-6 weeks. Will post more pics later.
