Looking for OEM fuel pump setup

I have a pair of tanks but I am missing the complete setup that goes into the tank that houses the fuel pump, the one with three hoses on it. Does anyone have one kicking around? Looks like I am gonna buy back the tanks out of my KONI car but it would be nice to have this setup ready to go also.

could you take a pic of what it is?

I have a set of 2003 tanks and crossover/charcoal canister thing i think.. Ill run down to the shop right now and check if I still have them.
