Just out of curiosity why would you build a motor and still use stock bearings? Cosworth and ACL both make great bearings that do not have the same issues as stock.

Just to clarify I have also not heard anything bad about the stock bearings. I was just curious what fate was referencing.

We have always had great luck with OEM bearings for builds of this nature.
These motors were made in collaboration with Subaru's road racing team, which also uses OEM bearings in their builds.

If a customer requests we will use ACL bearings in super high HP builds.

Car was driven to the track (110 miles), ran 5 passes and then drove home. This wasnt the only trip either. Motor had 20k miles on it before it was upgraded.
