I know what you are going to say...................don't use the Lucas ignition switch but have already mounted it in the dash along with a set of Lucas toggle switches (from **********).
The question I have concerns the lack of an ACC terminal on the switch (OFF - ON - START terminals only). Do I just clip and seal the two brown wires that are shown on the wiring diagram to connect to the ACC switch terminal? These wires are marked "ACC Feed - Ign SW" and "Alternator IGN"? I'm using a one-wire alternator.
Have no problem replacing the Lucas switch with a more reliable unit however would prefer one that I can still use the Lucas trim ring so that everything matches up. Any suggestions?
