Hi Gang:
I recently had to remove my radiator for a repair. I have reinstalled it have gone through the "burping" procedure (not sure if I have all the air out completely). The issue is that when I have take the car out for a very short warm up drive (around two or three miles) the overflow tank begins to fill. It goes from about 1/2 full to completely full and I guess it would continue until it overflows if I kept driving.
When I stop the engine the water in the overflows drops back down to its original level over the next few hours.
I am not sure what is happening. Should I go ahead and continue to run the engine and let the water and antifreeze overflow the tank?
