I have a 429/460 in my MKIV and am starting to get the engine accessories all in place. I am using roller rockers and realize that my drivers side valve cover will be into my inside of the foot box top. I have thought of modifying the top with some sheet metal work. That my be the way I go but do I understand that FF has different aluminum for that foot box for the 4.6 and coyote motor? If so, is there any place to see the box or does any one know how much room you get compared to the standard box aluminum. I have found some S/T tall valve covers that are about 5 1/8 tall at the highest point and would look good but it looks like 4 1/2 inches is the minimum height for the rollers and 5 1/8 definately would hit the box. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Nick.
