All this talk about FG, gel coat, colors, wraps, plasti dip, wheel sizes and offsets, tire sizes, lateral G's, coupe top, soft top, accusumps, build threads, etc and we forgot something really important!
How many cup holders does it have?
:rolleyes::cool:
I'm only 5% serious with this post (so don't get too mad). For your enjoyment, here's a custom CF cup holder exclusively for the Ferrari 458. :D

Needs to hold a full Starbucks Venti Cup in a 1.5 g turn under max acceleration. Thinking something like this:

And it will mount most anywhere! Seriously, I MUST have my coffee. Cupholders will be mounted! I will forgive FFR if they don't include it in the kit, however.

That mount is pretty cool. Maybe even add a protractor dial and a needle to measure lateral g's on the morning commute. ha!

There would have to be a way to record the max g load and would have to be corrected for the amount of coffee left in the cup.

I was leaning towards having a Nexus 7 in the dash anyway. I would have to check if they have a G meter but I'm pretty sure they do. From there it's either write a simple program or spend $1 to download one that logs it.

I for one question FFR's priorities.

IV drip. It's the only way to go in a 1.5g car.

Add ability to remove (for cleaning) and some insulation and you're set! No spills. Heck, just hang a hydration pack behind the seat.

Is that the famous "Gas Station Sushi" from the TV commercial?
My wife's Honda Fit has the greatest cup holder. Really. Its actually built into the dash just to the left of the steering wheel. The coffee cup "falls readily to hand" and you don't have to search for it on the console.
