Body Rubber/Gasket

I don't see it in mentioned in the manual, but do you also add the rubber body gasket to the rear aluminum behind the seats? The manual does show it added to the firewall aluminum and the truck area aluminum, but it seems like the aluminum behind the seats should also get it.

No gasket used behind seats.

No bulb seal across the top of the bulkhead however the wings get it:

So why no bulb seal along the top of the cockpit wall? There seems to be different opinions on this. I did put it on and was able to get the body to fit - albeit tightly (more front to back than top to bottom). Also, I did mark all the aluminum relative to the body contact points and removed excess if too close to the body - specifically to ensure room for bulb seal. Honestly can't remember if I cut any along the rear wall, but if not because there was enough space for seal. Curious about other opinions yes or no. Thanks.
