I have searched, but didn't find!
With no A/C compressor or Power Steering Pump, what aftermarket idler pulleys/belt tensioners and or belt sizes will be required to drive the alternator and water pump?

You shouldn't need any belt tensioners other than the alternator itself. The driver side is hard mounted and is a pivot. The passenger side sits on a threaded stub that allows the belt to be tightened or loosened. You will need a different belt.

The water pump is part of the timing belt. You would just get rid of the AC belt. I'm not sure what kind of belt you would need for the alternator, but you shouldn't need an idler pulley.

see the working on the donor thread. I found a great deal on a belt the correct length, all the part # info etc is there.

Once you figure out your pulley and tensioner configuration you can determine the belt size by using the following (copied from a past posting):
Run a string around the belt path and determine exactly how long your belt needs to be.
Then count the number of ribs on the belt. Probably 5 or 6. This will be the first number 5PK or 6PK. The remainder of the belt number is the size in mm. you will have to convert by using the conversion factor of 25.4MM to 1 inch.
So if you want a 40 inch belt with 6 ribs. Multiply 40 x 25.4 = 1016mm. You will need a 6PK1015 belt. Buy a 6PK1010 and 6PK1020 as well and see which works best. Then return the others.
Once you have the metric number go to the parts store. Most belts are numbered this way or the parts guy can convert to their brand.
