This is my second Roadster and am currently installing brake lines. Manual says to use 60" brake lines to run across chassis for front brakes. Kit comes with three different sizes. Does the 3/16" line go in front for front brakes? 1/4" from tee to master cylinder? What do I use from master cylinder to rear brakes?

use the 3/16 lines for all your runs -- from MC to T, and from T to calipers. You should have enough in your kit for all the runs. My run to the rear T took 2 60" lengths. Then I have a short run across for the pass side. In the front my run to the T is shorter, and I have a similar length cross run to the pass side. You can buy extra lines at your autopart store for less than 10 bucks a run.
