View Full Version : What parts if any can be used from a 2012 WRX?
May have access to a totaled 2012 for short money. Anyone investigated what can be salvaged for the 818 Kit?

I would buy to sell, there are huge differences, the motor will work, tranny might, but doubt that,, hubs are way different, etc etc. hmm, i might do some research, It will be tough to say for certain

I could be wrong...the WRX will work, but the STI will not.

Do what metalmaker12 said..... IMHO, I'd say that after you've parted the '12 out, you'ld have enough money to get a nice '06 and put some nice upgrades or whatever you want to do with that "spare" cash.

Incorrect. They completely redesigned the chassis in 2008 (for USDM models).
