Just wanted to post a quick hello, I'm hoping to build a 33 Hot Rod within the next couple years, with a lot of luck I'll catch the year-end sale next year  More likely it'll be 2015 but that's ok, it's going to take a while to decide on a drivetrain anyway. I'm in southern New Mexico so cruising season is most of the year and nobody knows what road salt is, but what passes for blacktop is pretty sketchy and a black car without air conditioning would be considered torture in some countries. My first car was a '66 Mustang with an anemic 289 two-barrel and a three speed manual, so I'm partial to the blue oval and impressed by what I've read about the Coyote, but I drive a Duramax now and was pretty happy with previous bowties (5.3, 5.7 in trucks, good engines but I still can't figure out why Chevy can't design a decent fuel sending unit). I spent a few years racing a Banshee ATV and learning about 2-strokes and off-road suspension, might be one of the reasons the fenderless HR is so appealing, especially considering the light weight and potential horsepower and beautiful chassis design. Anyway I hope I can be of some assistance here and there, if nothing else some encouragement on the fantastic builds I've seen so far.
