Can someone investigate something for me with your Factory Five knowledge base please.

As you can see in the attached snapshots of the current Assembly Manual (Page 12) and on the website under "What You Get" it says that there is a Molded hood and truck lid liner in the kit. Here's what i'd like to know:

What are they?
What do they look like?
What are they made of?
How do I know if I have them?
Does anyone have a picture of them?
Finally how can i get them?

I have checked my inventory list and boxes again and nothing of the sort is listed or present in my kit here. Based on the conversations I have had, heat under hood is an issue. A hood liner of some description will be required and the trunk one would be asthetically desired.

What they mean by molded hood and trunk liner is that they are 2 pieces bonded together. No bare fiberglass showing on the underside of the hood and trunk . You are not missing anything.

Just curious.. Is that a revision from earlier builds? Or has it always been this way?

Always been that way. I built the first customer available kit a few years ago. #007
