Quick question for you all.
I have assembled and mocked up my front end prior to powder coat today. Copied the diagram below and have a few parts left over from the lower arm hardware. First the linkage adjusters had 2 jam nuts on them so in total I had 10 supplied and clearly only needed 8... Should be good there, but I also have 4 very large washers (PN 12387 I believe) that show up no where in the manual for the front end. I haven't started on the rear yet and they may be for there, but wanted to know for sure.

Thoughts anyone?

I believe the large washers are spacers in case the lower control arm mounts are too wide.

Thanks Mike,
If that's the case then I won't need them. The bushing sleeve assemblies all fit very snuggly. I wonder why no mention of that in the book anywhere?

I ended up with the same combination of left over nuts and washers with the addition of 2x 0.25" spacer with internal recess FFR p/n 14406 that end up getting used later at the spindle installation step.

I’m pretty sure the IRS diff uses large washers on the bushings.

I forgot to add that there were two extra plastic pieces (smaller ones in the picture) floating around in the packaging with the (as I recall) upper ball joints. I believe they were meant to protect the ball joints during shipping and will toss them away unless somebody comments otherwise. They don't fit under the bigger boots very well.
