I put three coats of herculiner in my wheel wells today.
I read a lot about doing it after paint and the risk of bleed through.
My car is silver and after three coats no bleed through.
So everyone out there who was wondering about this can now rest assured that it is safe to do after finish paint.
The prep work was most of the work.
Sanded and prepsolv................Wicked smell
In the end it was all worth it.
