I have my fox body pedal assembly in and have the pedal pads modified. AC pads that pivot with springs, I do not have the clutch cable installed or gas pedal cable in either at this point . Could someone answer this question are the clutch and brake pedal even as in height and how much lower is the gas pedal (donor)from the brake pedal. If i pull the clutch pedal forward it will be a good three inches higher then the brake pedal .

The clutch and brake pedal will end up at the same height........the gas pedal will be basically on the floor/firewall.

As installed in the Mustang the clutch pedal is higher than the brake as can be seen here:

In the roadster if you use eliminate the self adjusting quadrant and use a firewall adjuster along with a pedal stop (seen at the top of the pedal in this photo) you can manipulate them to fall on the same plane:

Most drivers prefer the gas pedal to be a couple of inches farther forward of the brake and clutch. I'll give a shout out for the Russ Thompson pedal which works perfectly and allows lots of flexability for location.

In my car, I left the clutch pedal at full height. The brake pedal and gas pedal were then adjusted relative to each other to allow smooth heel/toe braking so that I could downshift better. When my brakes are applied to a moderate pressure, the brake pedal is then dead even with the surface of the gas pedal so that I can use my heel to blip the throttle.
