Bob,
I don't believe Factory Five will be there ... at least, I don't know of any plans. I have not worked on a "Cobra Corral" as I am not available on Saturday, only Friday or Sunday.

Yep, on my calendar.
Are any of you guys camping at the track? I'm planning to camp with my son and friends. Well - if the weather is good at least.

Depends on my work schedule whether I'm camping or not. Bringing this back to the top.

I'll be there. I'm too old to rough it. I'm staying at the Mall of Georgia area in Buford. I plan to go to the MegaSquirt area to see what they're all about.
Hope to see you guys there. Won't have my Cobra; I'll be heading for FL right after the Mitty's over.
Till Then,
OK - Tickets came in the mail today so I'm on go for the Mitty. Purchased the 3-day and camping permit. Not driving the Cobra - too far from home to haul camping gear with open top but still hope to meet some of you guys during the event. Can't wait! Hopefully will be good weather.

At the last minute, we decided to send R&D director Jim Schenck down to Road Atlanta on Saturday, April 30, 2011 for the annual "Mitty" Historic Races and Car Show. Jim will be on hand to discuss the new Factory Five 818. He will have CAD files and presentation material for those interested in getting more information about the all-new Factory Five 818.
The chassis will NOT be at the event as planned, but Factory Five customers are invited to sign-up and join Jim for this fun event. There will be a Factory Five corral for all FFR cars. Click here (http://classicmotorsports.net/events/Mitty11/) for more information or to register.

Jim will be on hand to answer questions about the new Factory Five 818 design.
Good Deal Dave! I made the decision to purchase from FFR back in 2006 (or 2007, can't be sure now) when they were there showing their cars with the big rig. Attending the Mitty got you at least 1 sale! Keep coming.... and bring lots of stuff to show.

You might have talked to me I have been there every year since 2003. Come by and say hello I will be at the FFR booth.
Will do Joe. I MAY drive my roadster although it would be a very long trip. I just checked the weather and the forecast could not be better. Might be a great weekend to take her down south. See you there.

Thanks Garry, it looks like a great time. That is close enough I have no good excuse for not coming to the next one.
