1993 5.0 in a 33 Kit with Electric P/S oilpan question?

I have a 93 Mustang 5.0 donor I am using for my 33 kit with electric P/S and a high volume Oilpump. The stock pan hits the oilpump. Does the black steel Ford racing pan for the 5.0 work for my set up? Will it accept a H/V pump & the P/S? If not do you have a oilpan suggestion? Thank you. T.W.:confused:
