Membership expiring?

My: "ffcars.com: Supporting Member - Lifetime Silver" is expiring over at the other site? I thought it was lifetime? I guess not my lifetime?

Just wondering what others experience was.

I've seen at least 2 others post similar e-mails. I guess it should be remembered that behind the scenes the site is now very much a business and not like it was when Bill owned it. Having said that though I would be very surprised if they did not honor the 'lifetime' memberships that people bought.

Thanks Mike, I did a little looking around but didn't see anything. Too bad. I am sure the new owners are seeing a distinct reduction in traffic. I won't be renewing my lifetime membership, I prefer this site anyway.

Bob a lot of the real value on the other site stems from the experience of the longer term members like you who have owned more than one FFR. If they want to continue a successful site they are pissing off the wrong people.

I had a" gold lifetime membership" over there and started getting billed through paypal annually so I resigned my "lifetime membership" and directed paypal to stop all payments to them.
