What is the best insulation for use in the footboxes and all of the coupe floor etc.... I plan on using carpet and I will have to attach (glue?) the carpet to what ever insulation I use.
Thank you in advance for any answers.

QuadMat! Great product! Heat shield and sound deadner all in one.
I've used it on many applications. Awesome stuff!

Quiet Ride has a kit with everything pre-cut. They use multiple sound deadening & heat barrier techniques in the kit.

For a lot of reasons, it's hard to beat a ceramic roll on insulation.

just something I did too was to stuff the body area before fastening the inside rocker panels ( keeps heat an noise from the sidepipes ) and the inside of the doors ( so that when you close them it does not sound so hollow sounds more solid ) with fiberglass insilation the same stuff you use in your house. After you put the inside door panel on no one can see it and is light weight.

Lots of good ideas.
Turbodon-I did not know about the precut kits. I really like that idea, expensive but maybe worth it for a good fit.
Thank you all.
