Thoughts on allowing Main Cap Girdles?

I know the 2013 rules have already been posted, but what are the thoughts on Main Cap or other rotating part girdles being allowed. They won't offer any performance advantage other that possible better reliability since we are substaining much higher RPM's than in seasons past.

It may help with any possible crank/cap walk, and maybe some push rod wandering.

I am all for it. Similar to the addition of balancing, it adds no real performance advantage but adds greatly to the reliability. We have had a 'crank' issue(s) and would love to add anything that would help keeping the car more reliable and fun.
