banner ad design assistance needed

I know my limitations these days, and designing a banner ad for my paint booth rental idea is going to be one of them. Anyone got some spare time to assist me with a simple banner design using the a name like "Paint Smart" (domain name will be paintsmart.biz). Not sure what else to say, so seeking ideas and such for my banner ad here.
