It's been a while since I've been over here, I've been driving in gelcoat for a while, and just starting my body work and tearing the thing back apart for the Winter, so big fun there.

My wife is looking for Christmas ideas still, and I'm thinking I might get a decent car cover, in preparation for my awesome paint job ;->.

It seems like the Noah covers are a good choice, and i found a company (car cover world) that has a custom one for FFR's, dual or single roll bar (mine is dual) configuration.

Anyone have these, or have other ideas?

The main use would be while it's sitting in the shop for the winter to keep dust and crap out of the cockpit, and to carry it around in case I get caught in a freak rain storm (moderate water protection.)

Thanks in advance!

I purchased the weathershield hp from car cover world. decent fit and folds up into a small package that does not take up much trunk space.

In my opinion Tony Branda - Shelby and Mustang Parts has the best covers for our FFR Roadster. The quality and fit are perfect. They customize the cover according to your individual build. Check them out on cobranda.com or at 800-458-3477. Merry Christmas, you are a lucky man! BTW, my son is named Kevin and my grandson Davis.

Red (to match my car) Weathershield HP from Car Cover World, Dover, DE here as well. Single rollbar custom fit. Fits perfectly. It's relatively light and fits nicely into the provided storage bag I also purchased for it, and fits easily in the trunk. It's been in two hard rains, and the car was completely dry. I also use it to cover the car when parked overnight at hotels, etc.

BTW, I have a snapless tonneau cover for just the cockpit. When parked in the garage, I often use that to keep dust and such out of the cockpit. It's way easier to take on/off than the full cover.

I have had the California Car cover's NOAH for 11 years now. Love it.

12 years with a California Car cover. Costly but at this rate another 12 years is in order.
