So something is wrong, I believe. I'm using the Whitby booster. It doesn't matter if the vacuum is connected or not, same effort. I bought some vacuum tube from Advance and connected it to the front port off the throttle body. The one that points straight out. The other throttle body port has a vacuum plug and hose clamp on it. Same with the port at the rear of the motor. Do I need to switch it to the port that points upward toward the drivers side? Am I missing something stupid on the booster that needs to be done other than hooking it up? Thanks.

Put your finger over the vac port that you connected to booster to. can you feel vacuum? If not try another port. It doesnt really matter where you get the vacuum from.

Well that's an easy way to trouble shoot. Pulled the line off the port I was using. No vacuum. Moved on to the port that points upward toward the drivers side. Tried to suck my thumb off. Now the brakes are definitely power. Still have a lot of dead travel, but boy do they work.
