I have my Gas N pipes bolted up to the Gas N headers for first start. I am tempted to drill and bolt up the under body mounts but that little voice says wait until the body is on. Roll on or listen to the little voice?

Bolt 'em on baby! Lots of people don't even use the mounts on their finished cars! You may need to tweek them a bit when the body goes on though.

I have no idea how those pipes are mounted, but if the mounting offers adjustment I'd wait - you may find yourself pulling/pushing the mount in to keep the pipes even along the sides of the body.

Fire it up. I ran my car for months without the pipes mounted to the chassis. Don't wait until you have the body mounted to start the engine, you never know.
I drove 3,000 miles before I installed the under body mounts. You will want to align the pipes with the body before you lock them down.

As Steno said, a lot of guys with headers (not J-pipes) don't use any side mount on their pipes. So bolt them on and fire it up :-) I had mine on and off a bunch throughout the build, I ended up tossing the stover bolts and just kept using the original gaskets. Now that the body is on, they will go on with new bolts and stovers and copper rtv as a gasket.
