dash question

I have the seat heaters from our vendor and looking to get the cool air venting unit from our vender as well. Im trying to start the dash and was wondering if anyone could tell me the size of the hole for that needs to be drilled for both of these units?

for Earl's fresh air kit I cut 3 inch holes but they are in the top of the footboxes not in the dash.
