Does that include the helmet mount?

Yep. You can see the pieces to the right of the box. You use that and the adhesive pads in the bag for the helmet mount. Right now its setup for a side mount, but you can make the configureation anyway you like.

I have seen the other one but it is not a gopro 2 these i can get over here for that price but the motorsport 2HD costs twice what was offered here.
Better luck next time, congrats on the purchase, i hope you will enjoy it.

I have a Go Pro 2 also, mine has the back LCD screen, that I will sell for $225 plus shipping.
