It is amazing how many similar type stories you hear from CS and George. George is a legend in customizing, but he is an even better promoter.

I enjoyed meeting and getting Chip Foose's autograph. What a great guy, engineer, designer and hands on builder.

My favorite autograph that I have on my car is Pete Brock. He spent about 2 hours talking with me at Barrett Jackson one year. CS was there too. Pete asked me if I was getting CS's autograph too. I told him that I wouldn't waste my time. He got a kick out of that!!!

LOL nope thats the real George Barris. He is getting up in years (86) but arent we all.
I am very good friends with the East Coast Barris Rep, and when ever George comes to NY we usually get together. Last August we all went to dinner together. George is still sharp as a tack and very whitty.
I also met Chip Foose and his painter at SEMA a few yrs ago , and yes great people, very down to earth.
