F5 website MK4 rims and tire question

I am using a FOX body rear end, with the axle shaft and brackets from Richard Oden.....so I can use the rims and tires that are on the SILVER MK 4 on the website. I want to use the 17 inch rims. does anyone know the rim sizes and where to get those goodyear tires?? I figured I would ask now...and if no one knows I will call F5 and ask.

Almost positive you cannot buy those tires in 17 inch. You would need to go with 15 inch wheels.
You can buy the wheels in 15 or 17 right from FFR. Best bargian in replica wheels going if you ask me.

oops I meant the 15 inch rims....those are the tires I want the goodyear tires....just cannot find them!!! any ideas?? thanks Mike

Those tires are the "Goodyear BILLBOARDS"

They are actually a racing tire, and I spent about 2 months looking for them. None of the Goodyear dealers that I could find could get their hands on those tires. In fact, most Goodyear dealers couldn't even FIND the name of the tires in their books, as they are not DOT certified, meaning it is illegal to run them on public roads. I ended up going with COOPER COBRA tires. They look pretty good as well, but as you would probably agree, not as cool as the billboards. IF you end up finding them somewhere, please share!

Roger Kraus Racing (http://rogerkrausracing.com/) distributes the billboards. As mentioned they are not DOT approved but that doesn't stop some owners from running them (and putting up with their bad habits).
