SCCA legal roll bar?

Does the installation of the 2 hoop MK 4 roadster bars meet SCCA time trial requirements? If not any suggestions to make it legal?

The Spec Racer roll bar configuration would be a good starting point. Get your hands on an SCCA rule book and have at it.
