Just ran across this, $500 for a 9-2X w/ no motor/tranny. No connection to seller, just thought it might be a good starting point for someone.

wow thats a great deal, even the hood alone will be worth that much or more as they arent being made anymore and that might be an aluminum oem hood, hard to rework in a fender bender so shops would love to have a clean oem replacement like that one.

That's ok JAubin.

I offered the seller the $500 and I offered to head up the next day. He said great and would email me some payment arangements (paypal) and the address. After a few days of not responding to my e-mails. He got back to me with "lots of interest in parts, I will see what I can sell off it first and get back to you after the weekend". We'll see what happens. Im still very interested.

Thats what happens all the time on craigslist, they say one thing than back out or do something different

Am I the only one that thinks a deal is a deal? If you AGREE to it, you should hold yourself to it - even if you discover you could have made more money. It's the only honorable thing to do...

I agree...Your word is your bond. That said I have gotten many very good deals from Craigslist.

Am I the only one that things a deal is a deal? If you AGREE to it, you should hold yourself to it - even if you discover you could have made more money. It's the only honorable thing to do...its always a pleasure doing business with people thinking like you do and its sad that its not the norm nowadays.
