I've been waiting for over a month to get customers
parts, and three weeks to get cooling system items
for the GTM.

After previous messages to inquire about delivery
dates, here is the last exchange (From Thursday):

Good Morning Dave,

Any news on the delivery dates? Specifially for the TCI Planetary gear set #527600 (Sept 18th)

and Moroso parts (ordered October 3rd).

The guy that wants the TCI gear set was told two-three weeks, and I'm afraid he's going to cancel
if there's no update given. He's really on my back!

Let me know if it's easier to call.

Bye for now,
Tino

the tci has been delayed as there was not enough to ship from them this time of year.
and with the change over......so if your customer wants to cancel let me know.
still waiting fro moroso as was told not much has been ordered to make stock shipment
sorry

I had to fire off a third message (and a phone call)
just to get an update, and NOW I'm finding out items
haven't been ordered because the Supplier doesn't have
enough to make THEIR minimum order.

I've been getting BS delivery dates based on hopes
that THEY would be able to rack up enough business
to stock their warehouse. WOW!

I'm so furious, and they have been pissing off my
customers, as well as making me look bad.
