G'Day,
This is my first post on this forum! I am looking at purchasing a RHD FFR Mk 4 roadster (Base kit with donor parts) and would like to speak to anyone who has built a RHD roadster or has experience in this field. I am very close to committing to the purchase but need to know any of the pitfalls or obstacles that may lay ahead. I live in Australia (hence the need for RHD) so I would expect that there is not a lot of information around from the majority of members. But if you have any advice I would certainly like to hear it.
Cheers.

Welcome to the board, mate. You need to reach out to Chris Canning at Component Cars Australia. Here's a link to one of the threads introducing him. Best of luck!!! As Bana would say, gotta love the Beast!

Hey SurfsUp,
Are the sharks hungry down under? Just kidding. Welcome to the forum. You should also hook up with your UK counterparts. I have seen some pretty nice work from that side of the pond. They might have some RHD particulars for you. Good luck, WEK.

Hey thanks Gumball - made contact with Chris and meeting next week. Sounds like he has a lot of answers to the questions I have.
Yeah Skullandbones, the sharks are always hungry 'round here. Everyone is a bit spooked at the moment - 5 deaths in five months.... The whales are migrating this time of year and they bring em in with them.
Anyway, once I get this build happening I reckon there may not be a whole lot of time for being in the water, so at least I will be safe.
Can't wait to get to work on it!

Hi SurfsUp
I met with Chris & ordered my new Mk4 roadster with the steering wheel on the correct side back in July, it is due for delivery beginning November. I don't know if Chris has any kits at the moment but if you want to pop round when it arrives you are welcome to come & have a look. I will be running the Coyote/ TKO 600 combination.

Hey thanks JSRG,
Awesome - I will certainly come and have a look. Just let me know when it gets in.
I'm live down in Keysbrook, which isn't really that local to Perth, but I work in Canning Vale. So if you are available at any time to chat please let me know. There are so many questions eh.
Cheers,
BJ
PS. How do you PM (personal message) on this forum so we can exchange contact details??
