Can someone please give me the dimensions of the body. Max width and overall length. Just trying to make sure I have enough room in the garage and make sure my lifted body buck will clear everything. I looked in the build manual but couldn't find any specs.

Thanks, Mike

Just measured the Mk4 body on the buck in my garage. I can confirm the length and width numbers already posted. Measures about 29 inches high (body only).

Thanks Edward, I didn't think about the vertical dimension. I will double check that as well.

I revived this old thread because I was just told in another discussion that the Mk 4 body is 72" wide at the rear wheel lips and 67.5" at the front, and I thought it was 70" at the rear. Has the Mk 4 body been changed?

The rear was widened by ~ 1.5" when the Mk3 was introduced so the Mk1 & 2 are narrower. I've got a completed Mk3 and Mk4 on the buck in the garage right now; both are 72" +/- 1/4".

Thanks, Jeff. I was hoping you were mistaken… It looks like I'll probably be going with a different wheel. Bummer….

That must be the specs for the Mk 1, since it shows the rear width at 70 3/8". I'm glad there are some knowledgable guys on this forum who are willing to spend their time keeping guys like me on the right path. It's easy to get the wrong information, then make a decision that doesn't work out quite the way you planned. I appreciate you guys.
