This is a very interesting project from Red Bull. This guy is going to parachute jump from the edge of space. They expect him to break the sound barrier during his decent. liftoff should be some time in the next hour or so. There is a live feed here:

Yeah, I tuned in. I hope it happens tomorrow before the expected storm moves in or it could be a while before they can go again.

I was following along as the launch kept getting pushed back today. It was really cool seeing the capsule and mission control once they started sowing all around the launch site at 1:35 EST this afternoon. Will have to tune in again tomorrow.
