This came with my donor car ('91 Mustang GT 5.0L). I had every intention of installing this on my Roadster, but I never got around to it.

The pipes are embossed with "Vortech", but supposedly are the same dimensions. The head unit does turn by hand. Everything I have in in the pictures.

Asking $900 + shipping (or local pickup). I wanted to offer this to my fellow FFR owners before I put it up on eBay.

I am not an expert in these, but if you have any questions, I will answer you as best as I can.

Reasonable price. It should go quick.

What kind of tune did the car run? Or did it use an FMU? Do you know what PSI pulley that is? It looks like the Vortech tube has been modified. Was the mounting braket modified. I have a BD-11A sitting on my shelf as well (same story as you actually!) and am tempted to either sell it or try installing it on the FFR. Just curious about the tune mostly...

This was never installed on the car when I owned it so I do not know. There were an awful lot of people who made ridiculous low-ball offers on eBay so I pulled the listing. I'm not going to give it away. I will leave the listing up here in case there is any interest.

But like you Mike_M, I may try to just install it on my FFR. I am pretty sure I need an FMU. I am not sure what PSI pulley it has but that should be a function of the diameter, right? It is 3". One of my friends had done a similar setup on his '90 Mustang GT and I will utilize his expertise on this. He's since sold that, and moved up to an '07 GT that he installed a Rousch SC on.

Sounds good - let's install 'em! I have 42lb/hr injectors from the donor too, but the price of the tune is what worries me. I'm almost thinking the 5lb pulley with an FMU seems like a decent setup so you can still run the stock computer. I have 2 pulleys with mine. I think there's a 9lb pulley on it now that I can't figure out how to get off. I'd like to just use the 5lb pulley. The crank pulley you show in your picture looks a lot smaller than the one I have though. Maybe I need to dig my parts out and see if I can take some measurements. Make sure i have the right stuff. My only problem is, how can we dress these things up a bit? Mine looks about like yours.

Put it on your car. I'm running one of those with 42# injectors and a 90mm MAF using the 6 psi pulley. Making 355 RWHP, 365 RWT. Very reliable tune, but this combo had to be tuned on a dyno a have a chip burned ($500). I never used the FMU. I went with a 220 lph fuel pump instead. A benefit of the dyno tune was that the A/F was dialed in to 12:1 across the entire rpm band.
