I've heard people say that transferring pics from photobucket was the best way to do it. Well, I have my library started with some pics but can not figure how to download to the forum when I'm posting. Is there a simple explanation of what I am doing wrong.

David H is seeing if the pics I have are too big a file to go but I don't think that is the problem. I used to load them from my desktop and files on the computer but I can't get that to work either.

Help please!

Thanks,

WEK.

WEK, thanks for the email. I was able to load them into one of my forum albums:

Have you tried loading them into one of your forum albums?

Easiest way is to just place your cursor over the picture when you're on your photobucket album page and then when the pull-down opens just left click on the bottom one (the .img file) and it will briefly say copy. Then, as you're writing a new post or a reply, just hit "ctrl" and "V" and you'll have pasted the link into the forum thread. You can check everything by doing a "review post" before hitting "submit".

I don't think I have created a forum album yet. I will have to look into that. But thanks for the heads up on the album pics not loading. I just pulled them over to my desktop and they went in fine.

Thanks, Gumball. I will try that when I do my next download.

x2 what Gumball said
place your cursor over the picture in photobucket
when the pull-down opens just left click on the bottom one
and it will briefly say copy
Then "ctrl" and "V" to paste it

easy shmeasy

I believe Photobucket also resizes properly for posting in forums
Works for videos too
