That's awesome! Congratulations!

So, where are you located? Are you going to the build school? what engine are you dropping in that bad boy?

:)

I live just north of Seattle, wa
No on the build school as there are so many great builders here locally to learn from :)

Currently teetering between a 302 or 351 carburated.

Very happy for you!!

Chris

Thanks :) I continue to get the nursery ready :) All the wallboard and insulation is in.. Just finished blowing R30 into the attic.. Heater is functioning great..

Now getting shelving up to hold misc. boxes as well as all the ones that come with the kit! FFR has my $, now I just have to fund Stewart and finalize a rearend.. I need to do a little more corresponding with MPS on that.. Will hunt down the 15" rubber once I get the rims from the FFR supplier.. From reading that sounds like it could be a while..

And of course I still need a few tools... neumatic riviter and cleco's for sure....

stay tuned!

You know, it could be really expensive to ship that car allthe way to Washington State. You could send it down here to NC for safe keeping. I promise I will take very good care of her, and will put her together with great care!! ;-o)

Congrats on your purchase, and best of everything on your build, from a happily jealous guy!!

Regards,

Steve

Well, here's the update.
My kit had a completion date of 11/3, so yesterday I called F5 to get an update. It turns out that didn't get completed by 11/3...... it was actually finished 11/1 :) I hadn't heard from Stewart since they were busy with SEMA so I had F5 look into it for me. turns out that Stewart had already swooped in and picked it up and shipped it to thier Phoenix terminal.

I called Stewart, and they said it is sitting in Phoenix and could be to me sometime next week :) Time to get the shop all buttoned up and ready for arrival :) T minus . . . . .

Woohoo!! I remember this time of anticipation. Just wait until delivery day, when all the boxes are in and the chassis is sitting on jackstands. As you go to stut the door, I GUARANTEE you will stop, stare, and crack a big wide grin.

Congrats!!
