Just wondering if anyone has recently registered a FFR in Vermont and what issues I might expect to deal with? Any info appreciated.
This is a good place to start: http://www.bipac.net/page.asp?content=tag_title_toolbox&g=SEMAGA
Scroll down, find Vermont and see what SEMA has researched for you.

Great info. Gives the basics as to what I need to do. Anybody been through this process?
It is easy.
Go into a Vermont DMV office with all your information: Bill of sale from Factory Five, Certificate of Origin from Factory Five and a Vermont form filled out on-line and printed out. You will pay a tax only on the price of the kit and the yearly registration fee. Try to time it so you can get it inspected as all other Vermont vehicles within 60 days. There is no emissions testing in Vermont. It will be registered as a '65 Shel Rep.
I got my plates in a Burlington, VT office and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. They don't care about the cost or where any accessory comes from, not the engine, tires or anything.
As I said, it's easy.

Sounds great. After I read all the info from the State of Vermont it seemed to easy. I live in Mass but own property in Vermont. I have a truck (35 Ford) currently registered in Vt. There is no way I can get my MkIV registered in Mass (emissions) so I don't plan to try here - Vermont seems the answer.
