My first start was Friday!! After wiring I found I had a bad PCM, once I replaced that it started right up.

Funny, the only time she seems interested in wanting to drive it, is when someone asks me If I'm going to let her. So I just say sure...

That's awesome...only been a few weeks since mine, and it was exactly the same...I love the combination of the roar of the engine and constant "giggling like a little girl" that comes with it.

Congratulations. The first start is always a very exciting time. I remember the apprehension of my first start, and my giddy joy once everything worked successfully...and without breaking anything. My only problem: I had piped my EFI fuel loop backwards. All the best to you with the remainder of the build.

I am stoked for you man! There is no better example of why building your own car is so different than anything else. Running a marathon, a new baby, milestones of all types... this is a big one, statrting the car that you built for the frst time. Congrats.
