Hello everybody.
I am new to this community. I would be interested in building a Cobra MK4. This model has been my dream car for ages. I've search quite a bit on the web and it seems that FFR is THE kit car reference. I like the product and judging from what I've seen of this forum and elsewhere, it seems that this builder's community is quite active and strong thus, convincing me that I'm at the right place.
I'm a professional engineer and a certified car mechanic. I have played in the motorcycle world for many years (racing, restoration) and not long ago decided to invest some time in aviation (piloting and building); another long term dream coming true. Recently, a good friend of mine just acquired a roadster. This was like a spear in the heart. Couldn't help it. I've started to Google out few keywords and here I ended up.
I would love to start building right now but I need to finish up first what I've started up already. I'm currently building a kit plane and don't expect to complete the build within the next two years. However, I guess that all this time will allow me time to read about and educate myself in car building. And who knows, perhaps I may start building earlier then I might think.
