The manual doesn't specify which IRS knuckle belongs on which side. Should the caliper be mounted toward the front or rear of the car. Or does it matter?
Thanks

I have always seen the calipers mounted toward the rear. If I'm wrong about this I'm sure that someone will correct me. Some measurements should confirm whether they can be reversed. Even if they can, it may (or may not) make running brake lines and parking brake cables into a big hassle. The only upside I see to reversing them would be on a max-effort race car, where you want to move as much weight as you can, however minor, toward the center of the car.

To the rear is the correct orientation, though some mount the calipers facing forward, I think its more common if running a rear sway bar though.
