I've been working on the front suspension and getting plenty of good info via the forum to keep me going-anyway, I move to putting the rear IRS together and have a few minor questions of what I'm doing. I think (since it can't be me) the manual doesn't reflect fully some of the minor changes FFR (or suppliers) have changed. When putting the front shocks in, I used the four included washer, but only see two for the rear shocks-a problem? Just buy two more? If two are OK, and in maybe other cases down the line, do you usually put the washer on the bolt side? Or should "EVERY" bolt/nut utilize a washer (despite the official FFR part count not including them)?

I also do not see a torque reading for the rear shock mounting bolts,----assume the same as the front?

Another problem seems to be the rear upper shock mount. Again, the instructions mention using the two smaller per shock (one each side)...the problem, using them, there is still space between the welded bracket....Additionally the bolt is too short-threads only half way through the nut (not good). Again, can just get a bigger bolt, and make new spacers, but was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this---looks as if the bracket was setup for a wider stemmed shock?

And speaking of torquing the shocks, again, a socket doesn't fit (too tight) in the area...any ideas how to torque bolts when a socket won't fit?

Finally, the instructions say to leave everything loose, aline later....is there any good online alining instruction for both the front and rear IRS suspensions?

Thanks
Walter
