Does anyone know who sells a pre-cut trunk carpet for a MKIII?

I've not seen anyone advertise that. Most guys are using bulk automotive or indoor/outdoor carpet from HD or Lowes. Or, you can buy the carpet directly from FFR in bulk (what I did). Either way, it cuts easily with shears using cardboard or paper templates. Pretty quick and easy job.

We went the home depot route. I would highly recomend that. It was cheap and did not take too much time to make. PLUS, the fit was waaaaay better then the FF pre cut stuff of the interior AND the carpet was better quality. With the HD carpet, you can actually pull it back up and reposition. With the FF carpet, it pulls out the fibers because the backing on it does not hold them in.

good luck.

I have not heard of any pre-cut trunk carpet either. I used poster board to make templates, cut the pieces a little large and then trimmed as needed.

I used Lowes indoor outdoor carpet as well. I didnt rivet down the trunk floor aluminum until the very end, so I used that as my template to cut around the rollbar mounts, etc (MKIV). Worked out pretty well and looks nice. I didnt put carpet on the sides, just the floor.

I ordered two yards of carpet from FFR so it matches the interior. Easy to install make templates with paper then cut and glue carpet u will do final touch up once glues along the edges.

You can also go to a car audio shop, they will sell the grey and black carpet. This is the same carpet they use to cover the speaker cabinets.
